The results of 2013 US Open, 133rd edition of this fourth and final Grand Slam of the year are as follows:
Men's Singles
Rafael Nadal (Spain) defeated Novak Djokovic (Serbia).
  • Its his second US Open and 13th Grand Slam title overall.  
Women's Singles
Serena Williams (US)
  • She won her fifth US Open title (second in a row) by beating second-ranked Victoria Azarenka (Belarus) 7-5, 6-7 (6/8), 6-1 in final.
  • Its her 17th career Grand Slam title.
Men's Doubles
Leander Paes (India) & Radek Stepanek (Czech Republic)
  • They beat Alexander Peya ( Austria) and Bruno Soares (Brazil) by 6-1, 6-3 in final. 

It is Leander's 8th men's doubles Grand Slam title and 3rd title at the US Open

  • He has won 14th Grand Slam title in total (That includes six mixed doubles trophies)
  • 3 each French Open (1999, 2001 & 2009) and US Open (2006, 2009 & 2013) & one each Wimbledon (1999) and  Australian Open (2012)
  • Leander Paes with this became the oldest man to win a Grand Slam title at the age of 40
Women's Doubles
Andrea Hlavackova & Lucie Hradecka (both from Czech Republic)
  • They beat Australian pair of Ashleigh Barty & Casey Dellacqua by 6–7(4–7), 6–1, 6–4 in final
Mixed Doubles
Andrea Hlavackova (Czech Republic) & Max Mirnyi (Belarus)
  • They beat Abigail Spears (US) & Santiago González (Mexico) by 7–6(7–5), 6–3 in final.
